the staff helped with taxis during a busy race week. i appreciated the unlimited water provided daily. the room was clean and well kept. the breakfast at the lavender restaurant was enjoyable, especially with the beautiful sunrise view.

i noticed that the elevator could get crowded sometimes, especially with people going to the hotel club.

the front desk staff were attentive and informative . the room was secure, quiet and comfortable. the rooms were clean.

I found there were no teaspoons provided to make coffee. Only wooden stir sticks were available. the balcony was locked, preventing any access to the outside or view. i noticed the rooms seemed spacious, but they were actually not as big as i expected.
